We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any items purchased online or in-store.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Ornggallery@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item showing the issue
• A brief description of the defect

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

 

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a correction at no additional cost to you.

4. Sizing Responsibility

Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect selection.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
